The Order of Events

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome Dinner

Time to settle in! Arrive, check into your villa, unpack, and ease into holiday mode. 

In the evening, those who have arrived are invited to join us for a casual welcome dinner. It’s a laid-back chance to meet, chat, and start the weekend together. Nothing formal, just good food and great company.

 

Day 2 – Wedding Day

The main event! We’ll gather by the pool for drinks to start the day, followed by the ceremony, food, more drinks, music, and plenty of time on the dance floor.

2:00 PM – Drinks Reception

3:00 PM – Photo Session
We’ll gather a few groups for photos — we’ll keep it quick!

4:00 PM – Ceremony
Join us as we say our vows.

4:45 – Speeches

5:15 PM – Buffet Dinner

6:00 PM – Cake Cutting

6:30 PM – First Dance

7:00 PM – Evening Party
Dancing, music, and celebrations into the night.

Day 3 – Relax & Recover

A free day to take it easy. Enjoy the villas, spend time by the pool, go for a swim, or just relax.

In the evening, anyone who’d like to is welcome to join us for a casual dinner at a local restaurant nearby.

Day 4 – Departure

Time to pack up and head on home or to your next destination.
